The mission of The Classical Academies is to inspire students, empower parents, and promote a life-long love for learning by creating an environment where academic success is personalized and achievable for all children. Parents, working with credentialed teachers, prepare, monitor, and implement programs that enrich, challenge, and inspire students to embrace personalized academic success.

The Classical Academy organization began in 1999 under the Escondido Unified School District (EUSD). As Escondido’s first elementary charter school, we caught the vision of partnering with parents in the education of their children.

We duplicated our success and opened the Coastal Academy in Oceanside.

We opened The Classical Academy High School, which features an integrated and relevant academic program where students utilize technology and accelerated learning opportunities in a creative and challenging setting.
